Do you do mints?

Yes, cream cheese mints and chocolate mints, both in any flavor and color.

Can I have a “first” anniversary cake?

For any wedding cake of 100 servings or larger, we give you an anniversary cake boxed ready to go in the freezer (guaranteed to taste as good as it did on your wedding day).

How far in advance do I need to order my cake?

As soon as you know you need it. Sometimes I can do a cake with a one-day notice, but often times I am booked weeks in advance. As for wedding cakes, I recommend at least 6 months. But try just in case.

What is fondant?

Fondant is a special icing that is draped over the cake after I ice them with my delicious butter cream frosting. Fondant gives cake a really smooth, elegant look.

I’ve heard that fondant doesn’t taste good. Is this true?

Most fondant doesn’t taste good. I use a gourmet white chocolate fondant that is rolled half as thick as the others. It has a “fudgy” flavor and quite yummy. It is then draped over my delicious butter cream icing. It also comes in caramel, coffee, and brown chocolate. I’m all about a good tasting cake before beauty.
